Production begins after the store’s ordering window closes, not when an individual order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate.

IronCrest is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Weather or logistical disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. The receiver assumes liability of packages upon proof of delivery by carrier to the address provided by customer.
